India , in view of the recent attacks by Pakistan on Indian civilian populated areas and the increasing movement of Pakistani soldiers on the border, has warned Pakistan. India’s Ministry of Defence has said that our forces remain ready with high level preparation for any kind of action, but we are committed to exercise mutual restraint and not to increase tension.
Along with this statement, the ministry has mentioned about many such recent incidents of Pakistani attack causing damage to life and property in India.
However, India has also given a befitting reply to these attacks, in which Pakistan has also suffered a lot of damage.
India’s Ministry of Defence has shared limited information about all the attack incidents from Pakistan, in a post on its official social media page.
According to the latest update , provided by the Ministry of Defence this afternoon, Pakistan carried out several attacks on the western border using drones, UCAVs, artillery and missiles. More than 26 places from Srinagar to Nalia were targeted in these attacks. Indian Air Force bases in Udhampur, Pathankot, Adampur and Bhuj have suffered limited damage.
Civilian infrastructure including Medicare centers and schools were also damaged in these attacks, which the Ministry of Defence called a cowardly act in its statement.
India immediately responded and carried out rapid and precise attacks on identified military bases in Rafiki, Chaklala, Rahim Yar Khan and other places in Pakistan, ensuring minimum collateral damage. The Indian Army effectively countered the infiltration from the Line of Control, causing heavy losses to the Pakistan Army.
The ministry’s post said that the movement of troops on the Pakistani side indicates an intention to escalate tensions. India remains in a high state of operational readiness, committed to non-escalation, provided there is mutual restraint.
