The Board of Directors of Aequs Limited has formally conferred the title of co-founder of the company, to Rajeev Kaul. Shri Kaul is Managing Director of the company and also serves on the boards of Aequs’ joint ventures.
Aequs Limited is an engineering-led vertically integrated precision component manufacturer with capabilities in the Aerospace and Consumer Segment.
According to a press release , acknowledging his foundational contributions to Aequs’ growth and evolution since commencement of manufacturing operations, the board decided to confer the title of co-founder to Shri Kaul.

Rajeev worked relentlessly to establish India’s first integrated aerospace manufacturing ecosystem. He has also contributed to the setting up of the Koppal Toy Cluster (KTC) and anchored the development of the Consumer Ecosystem at the Hubballi Durable Goods Cluster (HDC), particularly Aequs’ foray into the consumer electronics segment.
