Among these officers, Vikramjit Singh (2006 batch IPS) is currently serving as Joint Commissioner in the Anti-Corruption Branch of the Delhi Police, while Abhishek Dhania (2012 batch) is currently posted as a Deputy Inspector General (DIG) in the Indo-Tibet Border Police (ITBP).
The two IAS officers transferred under the recent orders are Neeraj Semwal (2003 batch) and Ravi Jha (2011 batch) of the AGMUT cadre. Neeraj Semwal holds the positions of Secretary and Divisional Commissioner in Delhi’s Revenue Department, while Ravi Jha serves as a Deputy Commissioner in New Delhi.
IPS officer Vikramjit Singh has been serving as Joint Commissioner in the Anti-Corruption Branch since July 2025. In a police career spanning approximately 20 years, he has held various important positions. Originally from Haryana, Vikramjit has also studied medical and holds an MBBS degree. He was awarded the President’s Police Medal for gallantry in 2013.
IPS Abhishek Dhania is currently on central deputation with the ITBP. Originally from Delhi, Mr. Dhaniya holds a degree in Computer Engineering. He joined the Indian Police Service on September 3, 2012. His accolades in the police service include a State Award (Gold Medal), among others.
