Many senior police officers transferred in Arunachal Pradesh, districts SPs also changed

Many senior police officers , including SPs of Districts,  have been transferred and appointed in Arunachal Pradesh. Arunachal Pradesh Chief Secretary Manish Kumar Gupta has issued a notification in this regard on Thursday. According to the notification, Deputy Inspector General (Headquarters) Chinmay Biswal has been given the additional post of Deputy Inspector General (Training and Operations).

Recently promoted Dr Joy N Tirkey has been posted as Deputy Inspector General (Crime/SIT/Security/OSD to DGP/General Manager of Arunachal Police Housing & Welfare Corporation Ltd) while Suman Nalwa has been posted as DIGP (Intelligence/PRO).

West Siang SSP Tumme Amo has been posted as DIGP (ICR). Apang Tamut has been posted as DIGP (Welfare).

Superintendent of Police Crime/SIT Shekhar Prabhudesai has been shifted as Commanding Officer of APP’s 1st Battalion at Chimpu.

Indian Police Service officers B L Suresh and G Ram Gopal Naik are likely to join the state and have been posted as SP Traffic and SP Crime/SIT respectively. Kamle SP Kardak Riba has been transferred to the post of SP West Siang in place of SSP Tumme Amo.

SP (Election, PHQ) Techi Hanir has been posted as SP Kamle. SP (Planning) Dusu Kaling has been given additional charge of AIGP (Operation).

Assistant SP West Kameng Pawan Kumar Yadav has been transferred to the post of SP Bichom. According to the notification, Assistant SP Tirap Aditya Singh has been appointed as Additional SP of Tirap.
