CRPF badminton tournament : H. Premjit Meetei declared The Best Player

Inspector General of CRPF's Manipur & Nagaland sector IPS Manish Kumar Agrawal alongwith DIG Madan Kumar presented trophies and medals to the participants.

CRPF Commandant H. Premjit Meetei was declared ‘The Best Player ‘ of the badminton tournament held at Langjing (Imphal) group centre of Central Reserve Police Force. Total 12 teams of various battalions of CRPF’s Manipur and Nagaland Sector participated in the badminton tournament.

According to a CRPF press release the final match (doubles) was played between the teams of 87 BN and 143 BN in which 143 BN secured the first position whereas GC became the winner in Singles final. Group Centre defeated 32 BN in a powerful game.

IPS Manish Kumar Agrawal , Inspector General of CRPF’s Manipur & Nagaland sector, was the Chief Guest on the occasion of the closing ceremony of the tournament. Shri Agrawal alongwith DIG Madan Kumar presented trophies and medals to the participants. Officers congratulated winners and all participant players for making the event a grand success.

Shri Agrawal asserted that the teams of 143 BN and 87 BN played in such a professional manner that would bring laurels to the organization at the inter force level e.i. All India Police Meet and National level matches.
